Effective Date:<\/strong> January 1, 2025<\/p>

This Refund Policy (\u201cPolicy\u201d) applies to purchases of Flamingo Cloud services (\u201cServices\u201d) made through Paddle or other authorized resellers. Flamingo Cloud \u00ae is provided by Admetec LTD. (\u201cCompany,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus\u201d).<\/p>

By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.<\/p>

1. General Policy<\/h2>

All purchases are considered final unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing.<\/p>

Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle\u2019s checkout and payment processing rules, as well as applicable consumer protection laws.<\/p>

2. Subscriptions<\/h2>

For subscription-based Flamingo Cloud services:
– Charges are billed in advance for each billing period.
– You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
– No refunds or credits are provided for partial billing periods, unused storage, or unused features, except where required by law.<\/p>

4. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU \/ UK Customers)<\/h2>

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days.<\/p>

This right may not apply if:
– The digital content or service has already been accessed or activated
– You have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal<\/p>

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes<\/h2>

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the Services.<\/p>

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve billing issues.<\/p>

6. How to Request a Refund<\/h2>

All refund requests must be submitted through Paddle or by contacting us at: flamingo@admetec.com<\/a><\/p>

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with Paddle\u2019s processing timelines.<\/p>

7. Changes to This Policy<\/h2>

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted.<\/p>

Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.<\/p>
