Flamingo Cloud Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases of Flamingo Cloud services (“Services”) made through Paddle or other authorized resellers. Flamingo Cloud ® is provided by Admetec LTD. (“Company,” “we,” “us”).
By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. General Policy
All purchases are considered final unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing.
Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s checkout and payment processing rules, as well as applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Subscriptions
For subscription-based Flamingo Cloud services:
– Charges are billed in advance for each billing period.
– You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
– No refunds or credits are provided for partial billing periods, unused storage, or unused features, except where required by law.
4. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU / UK Customers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days.
This right may not apply if:
– The digital content or service has already been accessed or activated
– You have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the Services.
We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve billing issues.
6. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted through Paddle or by contacting us at: [email protected]
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with Paddle’s processing timelines.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted.
Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
