Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing, supporting, and overseeing existing and new customer accounts
  • Working with international distributors across various territories
  • Supporting customers assigned to the Inside Sales department
  • Providing excellent interpersonal communication, high-level service, and solutions to challenges and issues

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role – significant advantage
  • Strong communication, service, and teamwork skills
  • Excellent command of English, Hebrew, and Russian – mandatory
  • Proficiency in MS Office – mandatory, Priority ERP – an advantage
