Job Description:
- Manage, support, and take full responsibility for existing and new customer accounts
- Work closely with international distributors across various territories
- Support customers assigned to the Inside Sales department
- Deliver exceptional customer service, provide effective solutions, and handle challenges proactively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role – a significant advantage
- Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hebrew, and Russian – mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – mandatory
- Experience with Priority – an advantage
