Job Description:

• Ongoing management of international distributors
• Deep understanding of the company’s products and introduction of new ones
• Planning and implementing work plans, setting goals and objectives
• Conducting business meetings and product training sessions
• Recruiting and onboarding new distributors
• Collaborating with various internal departments (orders, shipping, marketing, regulation, etc.)
• Providing solutions and handling challenges as they arise
• Delivering marketing and training tools to distributors
• Exercising sound judgment and making decisions in line with company policy
• Accompanying distributors during visits to Israel, trade shows, and international events
• This is a dynamic and meaningful role that offers an independent and engaging work environment

Requirements:

• Academic education – a significant advantage
• Proven experience as an overseas distributor’s manager and/or sales manager in the medical/dental field – must
• Excellent English – must; additional languages – advantage
• Willingness to travel abroad as required
