Job Description:

• Ongoing management of international distributors.
• Deep understanding of the company’s products and introduction of new ones.
• Planning and implementing work plans, setting goals and objectives.
• Conducting business meetings and product training sessions.
• Recruiting and onboarding new distributors.
• Collaborating with various internal departments (orders, shipping, marketing, regulation, etc.)
• Providing solutions and handling challenges as they arise.
• Delivering marketing and training tools to distributors.
• Exercising sound judgment and making decisions in line with company policy.
• Accompanying distributors during visits to Israel, trade shows, and international events.

Requirements:

• Academic education – a significant advantage.
• Proven experience as an overseas distributor’s manager and/or sales manager in the medical/dental field – must.
• Excellent English – must.
• additional languages – advantage.
• Willingness to travel abroad as required.
