Job Description:
- Managing import/export shipments (sea and air)
- Handling and tracking orders and shipments
- Updating data in internal systems
- Preparing invoices and shipping documentation
- Pricing shipments and providing quotations to customers
- Working with shipping companies and international agent
- Managing permits and approvals
- Closing invoices, releasing shipments, and coordinating with customs brokers
- Ongoing monitoring and control of shipment processes
Requirements:
- Approximately 2 years of experience in import/export – mandatory
- Experience preparing invoices and quotations – advantage
- High-level Hebrew and English (reading/writing/speaking) – mandatory
- Full computer literacy and command of Microsoft Office – required
- Experience working with the Priority ERP system – significant advantage
