Job Description:
- Lead relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and professional influencers across direct sales regions
- Identify, recruit, and manage collaborations with clinicians, educators, and industry experts
- Develop engagement plans to increase brand advocacy, visibility, and market impact
- Coordinate medical community involvement in product launches, campaigns, webinars, and digital initiatives
- Track performance and ROI of partnerships and ensure alignment with brand strategy
- Manage and continuously improve the company’s global digital training and education platform
- Build engaging online learning journeys, including product knowledge, sales skills, onboarding, and certifications
- Create training materials such as videos, presentations, quizzes, playbooks, and launch toolkits
- Monitor platform engagement, completion rates, and effectiveness
- Collaborate with regional teams to identify training gaps and adapt content accordingly
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field – mandatory
- 3+ years of experience in KOL/influencer management, digital training, education platforms
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English
- Experience with LMS / e-learning platforms – strong advantage
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Team player with strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
- Fluent English – mandator
