Warranty coverage:

Admetec’s warranty obligations for the Magnification Loupes are limited to the terms set forth below:

Admetec warrants the Magnification Loupes against defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years, starting from the date of original purchase. This shall, hereinafter, be referred to as the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, if a defect is identified:

1. Admetec will repair the loupes at no additional charge. Repair may be performed using new or refurbished part(s), based on material availability.
2. Should a product is not repairable, Admetec will replace it with either a new product or a replacement product manufactured from new or serviceable used part(s), provided that such replacement product offers  functionality equivalent to the original product.

Any product or part replaced under this warranty will become Admetec’s property, and the replacement product or part(s) will become the buyer’s property.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from repeated gross misuse, severe abuse, or improper handling of the product.
