Position Overview:
Admetec seeks a Marketing Communications (MarCom) Specialist. The Marketing Communications (MarCom) Specialist is responsible for executing and supporting marketing communications across digital and print channels. This role involves creating content, coordinating campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful promotion of products, brand initiatives, and events.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the execution of marketing campaigns and activities
- Track KPIs, analyze performance, and generate reports for decision-making
- Plan and produce marketing content for print, digital, and events (brochures, newsletters, social media, etc.)
- Monitor consistency in visual identity. internal and distributors.
- event management (e.g., trade shows, webinars, distributor meetings)
- Assist in the creation of sales tools and training materials for internal and distributor use
- Maintain and organize marketing asset libraries and content calendars
Requirements:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing communications (medical or tech industry a plus)
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as CMS platforms, CRM/email marketing tools and social media management tools
• Team player with strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
